TCA Sponsors Lecture Series on the Turkish Armenian Conflict

TCA is a proud sponsor of an ongoing lecture series by Prof. Turkkaya Ataov. The series, “What Really Happened on April 24, 1915,” will bring Prof. Ataov to cities across the US and Canada to give insight into the events of 1915 that continue to impact Turkey’s relations with its neighbors and the US.

Turkkaya Ataov is Professor Emeritus in International Relations at Ankara University, Turkey. He completed his graduate work in the US, where he received two M.A.s at New York University and Syracuse University and a Ph.D. at Syracuse University.

Prof. Ataov is the author of close to 140 books. He has published 80 books or booklets on the Armenian issue, was invited by the Paris court to the two trials of Armenian terrorists, participated in the UN Geneva meetings of the Human Rights Commission on the Genocide Conventions, and partook in several meetings of the European Parliament that dealt with the Armenian issue.
